Remember when I told you about Zooey Deschanel capsule collection for Tommy Hilfiger, “to Tommy from Zooey”? I had shown you my little patchwork denim jacket from the True to the blue collection.

I had a crush on several dresses from Zooey. But we see so many images, so many new things we want that I forgot about this collection, and about many other things.

But then, the other day, I was watching New Girl’s “season finale”, a living room comedy that you probably know. In this episode, Zooey Deschanel was wearing several dresses from her collection, especially this lovely little dress that looks like it comes directly from a “60’s yacht club” (see here).

From this moment on, I couldn’t stop thinking about the collection! I couldn’t concentrate on the show because I was obsessed with this dress… It’s timeless and perfectly cut…

I jumped on my macbook to look for it : out of stock! The day after, hopeless, I called the Fifth Avenue store : lucky me! They only had one left in my size! I asked them to keep it for me, and I went to try it on later that day. I also bought the Anchor necklace and a little bag (the loafer inspiration and the initials of Tommy and Zooey on the anchor are so cute).

And because it looks like they were designed to be worn with this dress, I was wearing the méduses that I had imagined for MALOLES (remember here).

  1. Tiens, autant j’adore le style de Zooey (qui dira le contraire ?), autant sa collection ne m’emballe pas des masses. A part peut être, la besace EDDIE !

    Par contre, une collaboration qui me plaît plus, c’est la Maloles x Pauline Fashion blog 😉 Elles sont complètement canon ces petites sandalettes encore félicitations.

  17. Punaise, je te dis ça à chaque fois que je commente, mais une fois de plus, ce look est juste parfait! Déjà à la base, j’aime beaucoup le style american preppy de TH et là ça ne déroge pas à la règle (et j’adore New Girl aussi ça tombe bien ^^)
    J’adore la robe et le gros collier est très sympa.
    J’aime aussi beaucoup la dernière photo, tout en douceur!
