Central Park…

When I will be back in Europe in a few months, it will probably be one of the places I will miss the most.

Whatever the season, all white under the snow (here), white and pink in Spring, vivifying green in summer of multi colored in Autumn, this park is absolutely gorgeous. I’m totally in love with it.

Last week, we went to the Pierre, one of the most beautiful palaces in Manhattan, to enjoy the view over Central Park. At first, it was for personal pictures and Instagram, but then I thought I would add … READ MORE

I won’t be long today (I have a lot of nice projects going on and taking much of my time… I can’t wait to tell you more!).

I had a big crush on this silk dress from Roseanna (who happened to be on a hanger at Century 21 in New York only because its destiny was to join my dressing). No, not the real estate agency, but the huge outlet store, next to 9.11 memorial, where you really should go for a shopping spree before or after visiting Ground Zero.

I fell in love with this dress right away. It … READ MORE

Roosevelt Island

Roosevelt Island. One of my favorite places in New York, maybe because I can see it from my apartment, and because of the cable car you have to take to get there, along the Queensboro Bridge, above the 59th street and the East River.

But it’s not the only reasons! Most of the “tourists” go there only to get the view at 76m high, and I totally understand – there are so many things to do and to see in New York that it’s already nice to find time to take the cable car.

But I also like to … READ MORE

It’s a bit confusing these days : it’s cold, you think winter is coming, you get your tights and coats out again, and the day after, it’s almost 70°F, you wear your stilettos barefoot, and you go out without a jacket on. There’s no seasons anymore, my friends!

However, something remains : the wind. “A wind that could blow off the horns of the local bulls”, as we say in French – and yes, I do have country roots. It makes the shooting of the outfits pretty complicated! Before, when it was windy, I would tie my hair back … READ MORE

Remix and Match #1

I’ve decided to start a new section on the blog : the “Remix and Match” !

The idea came to me when I was dressing up yesterday morning (watch out : here comes the fashion blogger’s metaphysical thought)… On fashion blogs, we almost never wear the same clothes twice. Accessories, yes, quite often, but clothes… not so much. Almost never, actually. Whereas in real life, we wear the same clothes over and over again.

The principle of the blog itself makes it ambiguous. We had talked about it in a long article here, when I told you last … READ MORE

Another outfit in a fall-colored setting. It’s so beautiful and it won’t last long, so I’m enjoying it when I can!

This time, we went for a walk in Prospect Park (often called “Brooklyn Central Park”) and shot my outfit of the day.

The least I can say is that this outfit is much simpler that the two previous ones! I’m almost wearing only black, with leggings, flat boots, a black shirt and a beautiful camel bag.

Leggings are so comfortable, but rarely elegant… This one, from Off Duty Joe’s Jeans, is as comfortable as pyjamas and yet very … READ MORE
