Déjà plus d’une semaine que j’ai quitté New York ! Une semaine de vadrouille entre Paris et Lille pour revoir un peu les amis et la famille avant d’arriver à Lausanne hier… Une bonne semaine de pause sur les réseaux sociaux aussi….

Le problème que je rencontre actuellement, c’est que comme toute blogueuse “professionnelle”, je travaille à domicile. Jusque là, rien de problématique. C’est même plutôt un des avantages de mon boulot. Mais le souci, c’est que depuis une semaine, je n’ai pas de domicile !!! Nous avons rendu lundi dernier les clés de notre appartement de l’Upper East Side. Fin des levers de soleil sur le Queensboro Bridge. Fin de la vie à New York.

Je dis à New York car c’est la bonne formulation grammaticale, certes, mais en fait je devrais dire fin de la vie avec New York.

I haven’t been here or on Instagram this week because we were in the middle of our moving. Our belongings are now on a boat, we’ll get them back in 6 or 8 weeks, in Switzerland…

So here is my last outfit as a New Yorker, shot at the exact same place as the very first one, two years ago, when we had just moved in.

My heart is heavy. It’s my last Sunday in New York and I still have a few hours of cleaning and packing ahead of me…
