Yesterday, I was showing you my pictures of the Mermaid Parade 2013, and I’m glad you liked them !

As promised, here is what I was wearing on Saturday ! Way less original than the actual mermaids of the parade, we agree, but still in the theme !

♥ Mermaid Parade 2013, Coney Island

Saturday June 22nd was the traditional Coney Island Mermaid Parade.

Being an absolute fan of Coney Island and its legendary craziness, I was there, with my little camera and an appropriate outfit that I will show you very soon. It was really worth the trip !

Each mermaid was more original than the others, and there was a lot of glitter, fun and good humour. The aim of the event was to raise funds to help reconstruct Coney after the hurricane Sandy ravaged the area last october.

– my Gemma wedges from COACH – I had a crush on the camel and red version (as seen here), I just couldn’t resist the blue and silver ones ! It must be said that they are both elegant and comfortable !

As you know it, I’m completely crazy about Tara Jarmon and Mademoiselle Tara’s collections. I love the beautiful, vintage and feminine cuts, the original and colored prints.
