After testing the neoprene total look yesterday, I am back today with a more classical outfit.

As you already know, I love leather. So when I saw this BERENICE very simple jacket, I just couldn’t resist : no collar, navy blue boiled wool, lamb leather black sleeves, minimalist cut, comfy cardigan aspect, mix of colors and materials : I love it ! I’m wearing it with a suede and leather legging, also from Berenice, and a pretty BASH t-shirt.

On my feet? My new RIVER ISLAND stilettos, that you’re gonna see a lot from now on !

Neoprene ! THE material of this season, perfect to dive… into winter ! The temperatures are rather low in New York today, and I’m glad about it ! I will finally have the opportunity to show you the things I bought for this autumn, and that were still in my closet.

Let’s start with this black neoprene sweater and skater skirt.

The sweat isn’t easy to wear if you don’t want a large silhouette (due to the rigidity of the fabric). Actually, I think it’s fun and modern ! And it’s also warm and comfortable !

Atlantic City Getaway

This week-end, we decided to escape from New York madness for two days, in order to discover something different about the USA. We had many ideas that were eliminated by common sense or delayed because of the weather, and we finally chose to go to Atlantic City.

Atlantic City is a town from New Jersey, often compared to Las Vegas because of the casinos.

It actually made me think of Coney Island, plus casinos. So I kind of liked it !

Even if in NY the weather is still nice, we’ve got to be prepared : temperatures will fall. And if we want to continue to wear our dresses and skirts, we’re gonna have to renew our collection of tights. Personally, I have no objection :p

Adding colors, prints or details to your legs can change your look to make it more elegant, more sexy… I’m sure about that. So when Etam asked me to take a few pictures wearing some pieces of their new collection “Corner Jolies Jambes”, I thought it would be fun.

Summer in October

After a few chilly mornings, it seems that summer hasn’t gone too far and might be coming back to New York before giving way to autumn. 83°F this afternoon ! Which means a last outfit without tights on ! I’m wearing a pretty oversize dress, perfect for the mid-season with its sweet and thick fabric, from MARGAUX LONNBERG, and a nice little sweatshirt from my dear green brand, that is to say EKYOG.
