After the red coat and the pink coat, I’d like the blue coat!

There it is, my obsession of this season : I want some nice colored coats, so I won’t spend the whole winter dressed in black.

I found this one on Front Row Shop, and I’m really happy with its quality/price ratio. Minimalist cut with straight lines, no useless frills, bright sky blue shade, at a very reasonable price (about 65€).

I hadn’t forced myself out of bed to face a morning frenzy around a Capsule Collection at H&M since Lanvin in 2010!! But when my alarm clock rang yesterday morning, I jumped out of bed and ran to the angle of Lexington Avenue and 59^th street, just a few blocks from home, in order to obtain the famous pass-bracelet and be one of the crazy lucky few that would raid the shelves of the so-long-awaited Isabel Marant collection for H&M.

Only 28°F yesterday morning, and I caught a big cold on top of it! And yet I went out to take these pictures – sorry if I look tired.

A few words about my coat : it might just look like a big oversize wool duffle coat, but it’s actually hiding a very warm quilted lining!
